8. Lower your body temperature
Lowering your body temperature by a degree or two will help you fall asleep quickly. Things like AC will be beneficial. For those who do not like it and do not want to use air conditioning, it is possible to wash them before going to bed. This will lower the temperature. Stop using mobile phones at least an hour before going to bed. This, along with computer and television use, inhibits melatonin production. The reason is the light. Reduces drowsiness. 9.Treat your illness
